• The rigid, one-piece frame of Vamco CFS servo feeds ensures superior bore alignment and higher overall quality than a bolt together design.
• Unique Feed Roll Bearing Design：
  Sealed needle bearings are utilized to carry the high forces and cyclic loading associated with feed roll pressures and pneumatic roll release, while sealed ball bearings provide high thrust load capabilities.  The combined utilization of both bearing types results in superior feed roll bearing life.
• Advanced Feed-Angle Monitoring：
  Continually monitors the feed-angle and the material position.  The feed will E-stop the press if feed-rolls are not in position when the feed-angle is complete.
• Password Protection：
  Prevents operators from accidentally changing crucial feed parameters.
• Optional Features：
  Automatic coil-weight measuring system
